Exciting news! We made 2 new types of bags, Chimney 35 and the Road sacoche / musette.
These are made of the same materials of the Blue Lug Ease Packs, Black and olive waxed cotton canvas. We also used the Nylon rip, which is a lightweight and water repellent fabric.

Road Sacoshe

These are designed for a person who doesn’t want to bring a big bag. It can perfectly hold something small like a wallet, smart phone and bike tools. It is very useful if you don’t want to put a lot of stuff in your pocket when you go out.



The size is 16cm length, 22cm width, 3cm depth. It is relatively small. The liner material is a water repellent nylon and the zipper is also waterproof. Having a light rain was no problem.


 

 

CHIMNEY 35

We made a big backpack for the first time in a while. The name, Chimney derives from the wide roll-top open.

We made a first Chimney in 2011 and this is the third generation. The biggest modification is that it has an easy access 15inch laptop sleeve that opens on the side. You can also put like documents and a file folder. The photo of the laptop is 13inch Macbook. The center pocket is bigger than the previous version.

There are dual side pockets for quick stashing like bike locks and water bottles. The flexible pocket’s rims prevent dropping stuff off.

The outer fabric and the waterproof liner fabric are separated, and there are drainage holes at the bottom of the backpack. The liner fabric is a lightweight and waterproof. Nylon is hard to dry out in general, so the holes are useful when you clean it out.

The shoulder harnesses have loops to wrap the straps up.


The expandable roll-top closure offers 2 different ways of closing up, with the side buckles or on the top of the bag.
