Summer Duckbill Hats!
Today I am writing about one of my favorite products that has come back with some updates.

That product is the Duckbill Cap.
A side mesh hat that is popular in the outdoor brand scene.

The key features would be the side panels made from mesh material and the short brim for better visibility. I had the same type of hat that I wore while I did a bike tour in Argentina, which unfortunately got stolen. It’s not like it was my favorite hat, but it was something that inconvenienced me by not having, so I pitched the idea to make our own to the product designers.

We used water repellent material for the main body just like the last batch. The hat will keep your head from direct sunlight. The hats now have a new deeper fit and sturdier buckles, so I think more people can wear them comfortably now.

The brims are slightly longer than the last batch, making the hat to blend in any type of occasions in life.

The buckles are now a clicky type, so they are easier to adjust and won’t become loose.

A wide range of color-ways are available just like other Blue Lug products. You can choose colors that would match the outfit you always wear.

The length of the brim is perfect for cyclists. They’re not too long and not too short. It will not interfere with helmets, which I think is important. You won’t have to wear traditional cycling hats when you are riding in your daily clothes.

If don’t feel like wearing them while you’re out, you could fold it and stow it in your pockets, stem bags, or any type of bags. (I had mine stolen when I left it inside the stem bag in Argentina, so be careful!)

I hope you like the updated Duckbill Hats!
