Reflection on Akigase BIKELORE13 -PART 1-
Thank you as always, Akigase Bikelore 13.
It was even livelier than last year and I’m sure everyone must have not been bored at all to visit all the booths, events and races.
In fact, there were more than 100 booths and more than 80 people applied for the tracklocross race. The cycle cloak organized by Monja-san was full and the highest number of doggies were there in the history of BIKELORE!
I heard a lot of things like these on the day or even after the event.
I actually feel the momentum of the event at the spot so I should have brought more Blue Lug staff to let them feel it too.
There was “The 6 Wheels” hosted by Tommy which will be reported by himself.
In the morning of the day, I couldn’t take off my eyes of the cars and bikes have their individual character while I was preparing the Blue Lug’s booth.
The collection of “The cars can load bicycle” simply knocked me out. Now I really want to custom my car to participate the event next time…
Personally, I was busy to operate the things I bragged about.
Although It turned out awesome, as a result. I could see a lot of errors I should fix but the words people gave me after the race were just pure, passionate and warm, so I decided to organize the events again as I’m writing this now.
I believe that my reflection on last year’s event led the event’s success this year. I would like to thank the riders participated the race.
What should I say first. Even though I have a lot of things I want to write such as my appreciation for the people supported me, what I wanted to do with the event etc, I have been deleting what I have written in front of my PC because I don’t have such a talent to write all my feelings in words. Although there was everything in the race I can’t explain it fine.
There was drama and chaos in the hour and I hope each one of us felt the same.
To remember my feeling, there were excitement, tense, astonishment, anxiety, surprise, madness and appreciation. I think I could happen to feel them all at once because everything of the event was balanced fine paper-thin. Well, of course I prepared everything I could beforehand but you wouldn’t know exactly what will happen.
Wait, I think this is exactly how I’d like people to feel from the “One Shot Race”, I just realized that while writing so let me conclude with it.Ok, let me be honest a bit. Frankly, I have to admit that this time the event organizers and I might had been quite scared.
Because super thankfully, we got the most applications for the race ever as well as we forced ourselves to let extra entries on the day. People were impressed (before they scolded me) how I could manage the race actually.
Well, the race was a bit over time though, let me fix it next time!!
A rider from abroad applied on the day.

He is a member of the SE BIKES crews touring in Japan and he impressed people by doing a lot of bike tricks. The matched jerseys are so cool. Before the race started, we couldn’t wait to see them “the tricks are awesome but how do they race?”.
Suuuuper Faaaaaast!! Suuuuper goooood at wheelie!! I loved the “genre-less” atmosphere so much!!
This is dickcheeseburger1, who entertained the event with his racing and tricks. The event got excited even more because of him, THANKS!!Are you sure, MAX-san?
MAX-san came to the event with his family and friends, even participated the race. I was happy that the race could inspire someone who doesn’t race much usually because I want the race to be casual too.
And finally, there is my dream exhibition match! …but let me write about it next time. There are still a lot of photos and I want to write about it as well as featuring the posts by the shops supported the race.
Anyway, the exhibition race made me time traveling. See you next time.
