The drawstrings on the hem to prevent the wind from blowing in.

Zippered hand pockets on the both sides are good for securing small essentials.

Alpha®︎ PULLOVER　(NAVY)

This works as a middle layer for the Velocity Vest in the chilly season and also as a pullover jacket.

Made of Polartech Alpha (R) Direct 90g fabric in dark navy.

The alpha direct material warms you up and keeps you warm, but also provides great ventilation to stay dry.

In addition, the hydrophobic and quick-drying properties of the material itself, combined with its resistance to sweat cooling and overheating, make it an ideal material for activities that require very little undressing.

When you wear it as a pul-over jacket in the slightly chilly weather, you’ll definitely be exposed in the wind while riding. As I’ve already mentioned, it has a great breathability, so it’s not super warm. But, you’ll feel the breeze a bit less cold through the Alpha Direct material and it starts to retain the heat when you stop and reduce the cold. It’s depending on the conditions, what you wear inside and there’re personal differences, so it’s just a guide, but you’ll likely find it comfortable when it’s around 15 °C (59°F). In addition, we place poly-mesh pocket on the belly where we don’t want it get cold while riding. The pocket pouch is connected to the middle of the belly.


When you fell a bit cold, just wear a vest or a jacket on it and use this pullover as a middle layer. I think the Alpha Direct material will show you its true potential then.

It’s expected to make it easier to spend a time indoors where it’s surprisingly difficult to adjust the body temperature.

I actually found it comfortable after testing it through a camping ride and everyday commuting in the fall and as a workwear in the winter last year. And I just added edge binding tapes on hems and cuffs where are prone to abrasion and shedding.

To go off the track, this material was originally intended to be used as the liner of the vest, but it’s too great and we just decided to make two items with it to extend the range of usage.

It’s my favorite point that it’s made of the technical material, but looks like an authentic fleece pullover.

This is not the pants for “riding a bike”.

This is more like pants for before and after a ride or a race, and for a camping.

We still have the drawstrings on the bottoms to prevent the hems from getting caught by chains.

And all pockets have zippers to prevent stuffs from falling out.

It’s designed as a relaxed fit and you can wear it on bib shorts and the usual pants.

But, we’d like you all to wear it directly. The feel and warmth of Alpha Direct material are addictive and comfortable.

It’s great to get warm while being free from the tightness of thermal tights under the pants in the chilly seasons.

Just take my word for it and try it.

Alpha®︎ NECK GAITER　(NAVY)

We have just a few of them made from the excess fabric.

It’s recommended for those who doesn’t like the stuffiness and tightness of usual fleece and wool neck gaiters. Since it has the great breathability, you can feel it while riding. You can feel “not warm, but not cold” through the Alpha Direct material as the filter even in the cold weather. It’s just my personal feeling and I’m sure you wonder which is which, but it’s definitely something you’ll understand once you try it.

You can use as a neck gaiter or even as a beanie or hair band as well.
