My Trip with Swift Industries Bags
Do you have any plans on this three-day weekend? If not, why don’t you come to Blue Lug Kamiuma.
We are going to organize a custom product ordering event.
Swift Industries Japan Tour
Our favorite people, Swift Industries came to Japan!
They are in Grumpy in Hiroshima today, and will come to Tokyo on the 18th for the event in Blue Lug Kamiuma.
It’ll be a great experience that you can talk to people from Swift Industries and order from them directly.
Today, I would like to talk about the overnight bike trip with Swift Industries bags in Hinohara, the western portion of Tokyo.
My wife and I used the Fairweather bike carry bags to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.
My wife has the same bike carry bike. It is easy for women to cover a bike if you get used to it.
Done!
It was rainy that day. People call me a rain-bringer.
We took a train to the closest station to a lodge. We tried to ride only little automobile traffic roads.
On the left, My wife’s Surly Pacer.
She used the Swift Industries mini short stack on the rear carrier. This model is discontinued, but we have the successor model, Hinterland Jr. Ranger panniers. The Paloma bar bag on the handlebar is versatile. I recommend this for commuters and bike campers.
On the right; My bike is ANT. I used the Swift Industries short stack pannier bag, which is also a discontinued model. The front career is Tutus Tara. This career doesn’t have a table so I can only put a pannier, which is good because it’s lighter and easier to put panniers.
This is Tutus Tara. I also use the Paloma bag.
I use the Zeitgeist saddle bag for daily use too, and the triangle reflector is a necessary item for me.
We stayed in the lodge this time, so we didn’t bring a sleeping bag and a tent. We brought tons of ingredients for BBQ and beer though.
This is our lunch. I forgot tortilla so we cooked salsa and maffin sandwiches instead..
The taste was okay.
Left all pannier bags at the lodge and we were riding around the neighborhood.
It’s all about making ourself get hungry, and we wanted to forget about not brought tortilla.
BBQing!
I think Swift Industries attract many people because of its pop of color and durability.
That makes us want to ride bikes somewhere you’ve never been.
Konnichiwa Martina! She is a cofounder / designer of Swift Industries.
Please come to Blue Lug Kamiuma on September 18th! The event starts about 2 pm.
Touch and feel Swift Industries craftsmanship!
