The Surly Big Dummy is a long-tail cargo bike, which you can haul a lot of stuff.
Different accessories can be added to the Big Dummy frame and deck depending on what you want to carry.

The owner works in his own restaurant in Tokyo. He also wanted to try a mobile service so we added an extra pipe, U-tubes below the rack. The Kickstand is necessary for the Big Dummy. It came with side bags, which is helpful when you load heavy stuff.

We installed a Soma Porteur Rack on this. With its wide platform, it is better at carrying odd-sized and bulky loads like a pizza or fried chicken.

The saddle is Brooks B17 Flyer.
