The year 2026 marks our 20th anniversary.

Since Nitto Day (Feb. 10th) is just around the corner, I’d like to introduce you to a special project that we worked on with Nitto.

We brought back the legendary Nitto track frame!

This is the original Nitto track frame that was made for a bike show in the 1980s by Nitto. A beautiful frame that makes us wish we had never seen before. Like c’mon, a track bike made by Nitto…?

A few years ago on Nitto’s 100th anniversary year, we tri ed to order them and bring them back, but that unfortunately didn’t happen.

Fast forward to 2025, we were a year away from our 20th anniversary and we thought we might have a chance to ask them again.
With the help from Nitto’s long time partners Level (Matsuda Bicycles), we were able to bring this special project to life.

Nitto track frames, made by Level…how crazy is that!

Level helped us adjust the geometry into a “street suitable” geometry.

Traditional Keirin lugged construction with maximum of 700 x 28C tire clearance.

Features brake eyelets and cable guides for front and rear. The frames are designed to ride on the street, rather than riding aggressively on track.

Two colors will be available; Nitto Blue and Dull Bright.

Sizes & tubing…

S (50) – All Kaisei 019 tubing

M (53) – Top tube & seat tube : Kaisei 019 tubing, Down tube : Kaisei 022 tubing

L (56) – All Kaisei 022 tubing

“Using the same tubing for all frame sizes can result in the frames being too stiff or too flexible. Therefore, we vary the tube configuration for each size to achieve a balanced ride feel. To create a bicycle that rides straight and responds precisely to the rider’s input, we avoided excessive quality and prioritize specifications that feels better to ride.” Words by Hiromichi Matsuda, president of Level

The Dull Bright finish is the same finish as Nitto’s chromoly steel handlebars and stems, an iconic finish at this point and the Nitto Blue is the same color as the original Nitto track frame.

Both plating work was done by Nitto.

The clear coating was done by COOK PAINT WORKS, our painting studio.

Frame building, plating and clear coating, all three processes are done by hand, so it takes a lot of time to produce.

Mass production for these frames are impossible, so we are limiting to 20 orders for these frames. The people at Level promised us that they would put serial numbers to each frame.
