February 10th is Nitto Day.

Nitto products are crucial for our bike builds. We can’t deny that their products are irreplaceable.
It had been 10 years since we started this special day (without asking) to celebrate, thank and wish for the best to Nitto’s business.

We have become so familiar with this day that we get a little nervous every year when the day gets closer, but how are you doing?

We just recorded the annual battle, and boy it was an exciting one.

The video will go up on the 10th. Be ready!

Yohsikawa-san, the president of Nitto visited us this year for the battle. We got to hear some cool stories of Tom Rithcey from him so I was super happy being a huge fan of Tom. I’m always excited to hear all these episodes from the past.

Here’s a video from last year.

We’re so thankful that they are always down for our dumb games. I was so nervous when we did the live show for their 100th anniversary 2 years ago.

Yes, we made some special products for this day.

The MT-8 stems and S 92 seat posts in exclusive colors, turquoise and brown.
I can see the turquoise being installed on the Yeti Arc and the brown being installed in the Ibis Mojo.

Out of all the Nitto products, the MT-8 stem is rather a new model for bikes that have long top tubes. They are only available in 50mm and features a four bolt face plate.

Ming had already installed the stem on his Evasion Trail 10.

This is the Bike Friday All-Packa that is currently being worked on.

Looks like Isshu got the turquoise stem and seat post for his Wombat.

The 92 is a non-set back seat post. Many of our staffs love non-set back seat posts, so we often use this one a lot. FYI, the numbers of the models show that how old the company was when they invented the model. The 65 seat post was born in 1988, which was also when I was born.

The two bolt type seat post is very easy to adjust the angle of the saddle and they hold the saddle rail really tight. It’s rather a simple looking seat post but the finish is gorgeous as always.

These products are very special and limited, so don’t sleep on them!
