We have a massive variety of bike parts, bike accessories, random stuff that aren’t related to bikes in anyway and many many more!
Here are some FAQs for those of you who are still hesitant to place your very first order at Blue Lug.
・Do you ship worldwide?
-Yes, we absolutely do!
・How much is the shipping cost?
-You can check your shipping cost by the following steps:
Add products in the cart, then go to the check out page. Fill in your country and ZIP/Postal code. Your shipping cost will appear at the bottom.
・Can I order from the International website and have the package delivered in a Japanese address?
-No, if you need something to be delivered in a Japanese address, you would need to place an order on our Japanese website. You will need a Japanese credit card to check out.
・Who do you ship through?
-We ship all of our packages through DHL and we don’t plan on changing the couriers nor adding an option. When we started worldwide shipping a few years ago, we shipped all of the packages through EMS/Japan Post, but stuff got lost, broken and abandoned quite frequently. DHL is very responsible, delivers extremely fast and they are always willing to help us out whenever we have an issue with the packages.
・When will you ship my package?
-We ship your package within 48 hours after you have placed an order, from Mondays to Fridays.
None of the orders will be shipped out on the weekends, due to DHL’s business hours.
We will send you the notification e-mail along with the tracking number, once your order has been collected by DHL. If you do not receive the e-mail within 24 hours, please contact us at international@bluelug.com
・Will I be charged with custom fees?
-Yes. Are we responsible for it? Unfortunately, no. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any kind of taxes you are charged in the process of your package going through the customs.
・Can you declare a lower value on the invoice?
-No. This will put your package in risk. We don’t want that, so no.
・Do you know when something will be restocked?
–We unfortunately do not. We carry a large variety of products from all over the world. It is very difficult to keep track of all the restock schedule, so we recommend signing up for a notification for the product you need that is out of stock and wait until it send you an email.
