It is that time of the year again. It’s stock taking time. The following is our schedule.

– August 4th (Mon) All Blue Lug physical stores in Tokyo will be closed.
Online Store Maintenance from 12:00 p.m. JST (Kagoshima is open 12-7)

– August 5th (Tue) All Blue Lug physical stores : closed. Online Store under maintenance

– August 6th (Wed) All Blue Lug physical stores : closed. Online Store under maintenance

– August 7th (Thu) All Blue Lug physical stores : closed. Online Store under maintenance (Kagoshima is open 12-7)

– August 8th (Fri) All Blue Lug physical stores in Tokyo : closed. Online store will be back from 12:00 p.m. (JST)

*Our online store will be unaccessible during the stock taking period, but bluelug.com and bike catalogs will still be available.
*We are unable to answer emails and phone calls during the stock taking period.

If you had plans visiting us in the days above, I’m very sorry. We really are not looking forward to this at all, but it must be done.

I tried to find some photos of stock taking last year to give you the idea of what it’s like to do inventory here, but I only managed to find a picture of this giant spider I found during stock taking 2024.

I named it Landlord, but I never saw it again. Hope we can meet again this year.
