MKS XC-III pedals (a.k.a. bear trap pedals)

It’s called bear trap pedals. (yeah, really same look)
It was released about 40 years ago, yet there are still many people who are still enthusiastic looking for “SUNTOUR” masterpiece XC- Ⅱ.
At that time, bike geeks start riding bike on the mountain. (MTB)
The smooth spindle and the jagged edge plates are gripping well. Unique shape, one and only look. BMX riders are start using this too, and become popular for bike geeks.

After the disappearance of the “SUNTOUR”, we couldn’t get it anymore… so we asked MKS for reproduction of them, but the mold was already gone…
If we make a new mold for this pedals, costs insanely, and it was out of our hands…

But! But! But!

We fortunately had opportunity to collaborate with MKS to re-create this XC-III with their deep understanding and cooperation, we truly appreciate them, honer to work with them, and made it happen.*SURLY* low side size(m)
Made it based on their beautiful construction and shape, MKS started to think about this pedals from all the beginning, the technical drawing, each processes are with the highest quality that can be realized now.
“Rivendell bicycle works”, “Crust bikes”, “Rons bikes” also carry them, and sold out within a day.
I think this pedals are needed for international customer who has big foot. Wide foot step is comfort for any kind of bike.
