All City Macho King

Hello everyone! This is Duncan from Blue Lug Kamiuma. Let’s do some bike ckecks!
The cyclocross season is coming, so today’s bikes are All City Macho Kings.

All City Macho King is a great cyclocross bike. Reynolds 853 tubing is undisputedly high-end steel, lightweight and last forever. This features a 44mm headtube and this Whisky No. 9 thru-axle carbon fork with a tapered steerer tube.

The complete bike come with the great SRAM rival1 and WTB rim, which is a great deal.

The handlebar and stem are Zipp Service Course SL. The bar tape is MASH gamma bar tape.

The saddle is Selle San Marco x MASH aspire racing.

The owner raced the next day and sent this photo to us.

Shimano Hydraulic brakes with STI lever. This Shimano Utegra is a new model.
A single chainring is today’s standard, but a double chainring is much more employable after the race season.
The new front derailleur works great as hell.

The wheels are DT Swiss. It is awesome that DT Swiss endcap adapters easily convert stock hubs to QR, 9mm thru bolt, 12mm thru, 15mm thru.

The tires are IRC. Headsets are ChrisKing inset 7. The stem and seat post is Thomson.
The bar tape is Cadence pro wrap bar tape, which is perfect for cyclocross.

In a good way, this bike doesn’t look like a very race bike. For urban cycling, the carbon fork has the eyelet so you can put the fenders.
