It&#8217;s a long video, but I think you will enjoy it. The amount of process that are needed for each models and the history behind the brand should impress you.<\/p>\n<p>It doesn&#8217;t make sense to just buy and get over these quality products. The Japanese text &#8220;\u304a\u306a\u307e\u3048&#8221; literally means &#8220;name&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-161008\" src=\"https:\/\/bluelug.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/DSC6904.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1320\" height=\"1980\" srcset=\"https:\/\/bluelug.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/DSC6904.jpg 1320w, https:\/\/bluelug.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/DSC6904-853x1280.jpg 853w, https:\/\/bluelug.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/DSC6904-1147x1720.jpg 1147w, https:\/\/bluelug.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/DSC6904-512x768.jpg 512w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1320px) 100vw, 1320px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This is a sample that I own, which has the name column on the right side.<\/p>\n<p>You can put your name, name of your family member or even your pet&#8217;s name on the saddle with a grinder tool, metal stamp, carving knife, etc&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Let the people know who owns the saddle.<\/p>\n<p>Secondly, the leather material is applied inside out, making the batch code show on the surface of the saddle.<\/p>\n<p>These codes are usually engraved on the inner side of the leather, but I thought they deserved to be shown, after going to their factory.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-161037\" src=\"https:\/\/bluelug.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/DSC6656.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1980\" height=\"1320\" srcset=\"https:\/\/bluelug.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/DSC6656.jpg 1980w, https:\/\/bluelug.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/DSC6656-1280x853.jpg 1280w, https:\/\/bluelug.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/DSC6656-1720x1147.jpg 1720w, https:\/\/bluelug.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/DSC6656-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1980px) 100vw, 1980px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I learned that there are birthdays for each of the saddles that they produce.<\/p>\n<p>The &#8220;2B5&#8221; engraving shows the year and month of production. The numbers 2 and 5, in this case shows the year 2025.<\/p>\n<p>The alphabet in the middle represents the month. &#8220;A&#8221; being January, the letters go up to &#8220;M&#8221;. As you can see, there are some beautiful aging happening to the saddle.
